Favorite drink: Absinthe–five parts chilled water, one part absinthe. For non-alcoholic drink, I like pineapple juice with a squeeze of lime.
Signature drinks: The badman-hattan–overproof bourbon Manhattan using Stagg junior Tropical Smash; Trois Riviere rum–kiwi coconut pineapple; French Banger–La Fee Parisienne Absinthe, chambord, and raspberries.
Years in bartending: Five years
Dream customer: Anyone that can teach me something I don’t already know while I introduce them to new ways of enjoying their favorite spirit, or, someone who likes to set stuff on fire as much as I do, or anyone who likes Wray and Nephew
