For Brandy Alexander Day, we’ve put our twist on the brandy-based cocktail that was popular in the early 20th century. We’ve swapped crème de cacao and cream with coffee ice cream and Baileys Irish Cream. This dessert in a glass is decadent and rich, the coffee and Irish cream blending well with the strong flavors of the cognac. Indulge in this creamy treat and feel your worries melt away.
Ingredients:
30 ml cognac 30 ml Baileys Irish cream 1 small scoop coffee ice cream dark chocolate chocolate shavings
Directions:
Put a small scoop of coffee ice cream in a shaker. Add Baileys and cognac. Add ice and shake. Put small scoop of coffee ice cream in a martini glass. Strain cocktail into the martini glass. Grate dark chocolate over the cocktail.
