It’s deep into the sakura season, and we wanted to make a drink that will make you feel like you’re amongst the cherry blossoms. For Goodness Sake combines sake with delicate flavors of apple and sakura into an elegant cocktail. If you can, use fresh Fuji apple juice for better flavor.
Ingredients:
60 ml Joppari Honjozo "Stubborn Daruma" Sake
30 ml Mancino Sakura Vermouth
30 ml apple juice
3 drops Japanese bitters
lemon peel
Directions:
Pour ingredients in a glass mixer with ice.
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
Express oils from lemon peel and use as garnish.
