If you’re hankering for a summer treat, have a Wacoco. This cocktail is like a summer candy in a glass. The flavors of watermelon and coconut shine in this drink and make us feel like it’s summer no matter what time of year.
Ingredients:
15 ml coconut rum 30 ml white rum 20 ml simple syrup 15 ml calamansi juice 60 ml watermelon juice sprig of mint watermelon slice powdered sugar
Directions:
Pour ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a rock glass with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon slice Sprinkle powdered sugar.
