It’s the smokier cousin of the margarita, with an extra sweet, sour, salty, and tangy flavor from the kiamoy (salty dried plum) powder. This festive cocktail will put you in a celebratory mood. Ingredients:
45 ml Mezcal 30 ml Cointreau 15 ml Agave 30 ml Lime Salt, sugar, chilli, kiamoy powder - mixed and lining the glass (rim with agave syrup first)
Directions:
Pour ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a a glass with ice rimmed with salt, sugar, chili, and kiamoy powder. Garnish with lime wedge.
