We’ve made a Pinoy twist to the classic Tom Collins by swapping lemon juice with calamansi and using local ARC gin to be the star of the cocktail. This refreshing citrus-forward cocktail can be enjoyed any time of the day, any day of the year.
Ingredients: 45 ml gin 30 ml calamansi juice 30 ml sugar syrup soda water - to top
Directions: Pour gin, calamansi juice, and simple syrup into a tin shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water Garnish with dehydrated calamansi wheels.
