Ingredients:
- 45 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 120 to 150 ml Ginger beer
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 1 piece lime wedge for garnish
- Lime zest for garnish
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients in a copper mule cup.
- Add ice and stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and grate over some lime zest with a microplane.
