Tom Collins

A refreshing alcoholic lemonade. (Learn about how the cocktail got its name)

Ingredients:

• 45 ml gin
• 15 ml lime juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• Club Soda
• 1 lemon wheel
• 1 pc Maraschino cherry

Directions: 

1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until very chilled.
3. Strain into the chilled Collins glass.
4. Add fresh ice and top with club soda.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a Maraschino cherry.
