For Pokémon Go and tequila lovers! Yes, DrinkManila got into the craze and we created a fancy popping cocktail to go with it. It’s sweet, refreshing, and well, it makes you happy and energized to hunt for some more Pokémon. The popping candy makes you smile every time it touches your lips. It’s a cocktail worth serving to your friends for a fun Pokémon Go game night, just make sure to go easy on it. It’s fun to drink because it’s cute and yellow like Pikachu but, in the end, it’s still tequila.
Ingredients:
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml banana syrup
- 10 ml cardamom syrup
- 45 tequila
- 45 pineapple juice
- 25 ml apple energy drink
- 4 packs of popping candy (This can be found in convenient stores and candy sections in the groceries)
Glass: Coupette glass
Directions:
- Chill a coupette glass.
- In a shaker add the lemon juice, banana syrup, cardamom syrup, tequila, and pineapple juice.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Remove the ice from the chilled coupette and add in three small packs of popping candy.
- Add in the apple energy drink.
- Strain the mixture over the prepared coupette, and garnish an extra popping candy.
- Once you serve the drink, open the popping candy and top over the drink to get more fizz and bubbly effect.
