It is a cocktail with a light, foamy texture. The smokiness of the whisky will hold its own against the intensity of cigars, thus making it a great pairing. The charred cinnamon stick stirrer adds an extra layer of flavor and aroma to the well-rounded drink.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Laphroiag 10
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Egg white
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Pour into rock glass with ice.
- Garnish with lemon peel, cherry, and charred cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
