Nutmilk is a creamy alternative to dairy milk drinks. Cocogreen’s Evolve Mylk is made of sprouted pressed nuts that are rich in protein, magnesium, and iron and easily absorbed by the body. It is free from the antibiotics, hormones, and acid present in cow’s milk. It is a purely delectable, healthy alternative to dairy that is just as satisfying.
If you want to try making your own nutmilk at home, here’s an easy-to-follow recipe. You can experiment with the flavors once you learn how to make the nutmilk base.
Note: After you make the nutmilk, make sure you consume it as soon as possible, as leaving it overnight will make the milk stale. If you plan to consume it the next day, make sure you place it in a sealed container and leave it in the freezer. You can still enjoy it after defrosting it the next day. If you plan to keep it longer, it needs to be pasteurized.
