Everybody loves a refreshing mule cocktail. They’re so easy to make that you can play around with the ingredients and create versions that suit your taste. The next time you grab a copper mug to make one for yourself, try adding a tart and spicy twist with raspberry purée and fresh ginger.
Ingredients
- 45 mL vodka
- 15 mL lemon juice
- 20 mL raspberry puree
- 2 cubes of fresh ginger
- Ginger beer
Directions:
- In a copper mug, muddle ginger cubes.
- Add all other ingredients and stir.
- Add tube ice and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with dehydrated lemon.
