This shooter reminds us of relationships, sweet in the beginning and bitter in the end. It combines the sweet and sour note of the the black currant liqueur and the bitter and sweet toffee flavor of Irish whiskey-and-cream-based liqueur. The drink has a very thick texture so it won’t go as smoothly like your usual shooter but it’s like eating small bites of jammy doughnuts, you’d definitely ask for more.
Ingredients:
- 15 mL Crème de Cassis de Dijon
- 15 mL Baileys
Directions:
- Rim shot glass with sugar syrup and dip the glazed part with white sugar.
- Gently pour in Crème de Cassis de Dijon in the shot glass and top it with Baileys.
- Serve and shoot!
