This cocktail is rich, creamy, and delicious with just a mild note of Irish whiskey. It’s a milkshake with a kick best served with a blueberry cookie. This recipe is perfect for any occasion—it is easy to make, and your guests can take turns creating their second serve with their own mason jars.
Glass: jam jar with lid
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Jameson
- 1 1/2 dollop of Blueberry Jam
- 1 bar spoon peanut butter
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon caster sugar
- 1 egg white
Procedure:
- Put ingredients in a jam jar. Stir with a bar spoon.
- Without adding ice, close lid and dry shake.
- Add ice, then shake until chilled.
- Open the lid and add more ice to fill up the glass.
- To garnish, fold a table napkin in triangle and cover ¼ of the jar lid and tie with a rubber band and place a blueberry cookie (Dewberry) on top of the napkin.
- Slip in two straws to drink.
