A different take on the Tom Collins, this drink uses orange vodka instead of gin and eliminates the soda top. It is refreshing, tart, sweet, and citrusy, perfect for an afternoon Christmas picnic with friends. We used orange marmalade for this mix; you can play with different marmalade flavors and take turns with your friends creating this fun serve.
Glass: jam jar (with lid)
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Grey Goose L’Orange
1 bar spoon caster sugar - 25 ml lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon marmalade
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jam jar.
- Stir with bar spoon.
- Add tube ice.
- Close lid and shake for at least 15 seconds.
- Open lid and top with more ice.
- Garnish with citrus wedge and straw.
