U.P. Town Center is currently a melting pot for various retail and business establishments that cater to the demands of students, residents, and office workers in the surrounding community. Just like any other community-based shopping malls, U.P. Town Center has a plethora of different restaurants and cafés, ranging from Filipino to international cuisines.
For the Yuletide season, we sampled Pinac restaurant’s best selling offerings paired with their drinks. The restaurant is Kapampangan in heritage and serves classic Filipino comfort foods and drinks with a little bit of modern twist.
The price range was reasonable and this is how they rooted the reputation of being one of the go-to places for families and barkadas in U.P. Town Center looking for that perfect place to eat on both weekdays and weekends. Pinac offer special deals for group meals between Mondays to Fridays that will be available for the whole month of December. Diners can choose from three different combinations:
- The overloaded Pinac-style Paella with bagnet and chicken relleno on mashed potatoes with gravy. This comes with four glasses of tanglad dalandan and a serving of turon with dulce de leche to sweeten up your palate after that heavy and sumptuous meal.
- A combination of the all-time favorite bulalo, pancit canton, and pork binagoongan served with steamed rice and tanglad dalandan.
- Beef Kare-Kare and Pinac’s signature Crispy Pata. This classic pairing is served with steamed rice and tanglad dalandan.
You can get these three combinations for only P999.00 and that makes it a great holiday-weekday treat especially for students and yuppies.
Pinac also showcases signature drinks and smoothies. Here are our top three choices:
