Hello Kitty Cocktail

This cocktail is very berry forward. It’s fun to drink,very sweet, and lights up the mouth. Our favorite ribboned Japanese cat would approve.

Ingredients:

• Hello Kitty Berry Mix (to top)
• 15 ml tarragon syrup
• 15 ml Manille Calamansi Liqueur
• 30 ml Hendrick’s gin
• 5 ml calamansi juice

Directions: 

1. Add ingredients except Hello Kitty Berry Mix in a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into chilled champagne flute.
4. Top with Hello Kitty Berry Mix.
5. Garnish with skewered strawberry slices.
