Krampus is a horned half-goat, half-demon who eats children who misbehave. Inspired by the frightening Christmas Devil/Nightmare Santa, this sweet but peaty cocktail with a bitter finish that won’t quit is for those who seek to celebrate the season in non-traditional ways.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Bowmore whisky
- 30 ml sweet vermouth (Martini Rosso)
- charcoal powder (bought in Legaspi market)
Directions:
- Add ingredients except charcoal powder in mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until cocktail is chilled. Strain into compete.
- Sprinkle charcoal powder into cocktail until you get the desired color.
- Stir to dissolve. Garnish with cherry and dry twigs.
