This pleasantly sweet cocktail pays homage to the much- loved reindeer with the glowing red nose. It has a taste that is kind of like that of gulaman, with a lingering sweet finish.
Glass: Champagne flute
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Don Papa rum
- 15 ml sherry
- 10 ml pear liqueur
- 10 ml all spice syrup
- 30 ml ginger ale
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and fine strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Garnish with a cherry.
