This cocktail is inspired by the Filipino film Die Beautiful, which is about to be shown at the upcoming MMFF. It’s tart with floral notes and a hint of bitterness.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Bombay Sapphire
- 75 ml Orange juice
- 5 ml Rose syrup
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 8 mint leaves, chopped Tonic water (to top)
Directions:
- Add ingredients except for tonic water in shaker.
- Add ice, shake, and strain into glass.
- Add tube ice and top with tonic water.
- Stir to incorporate ingredients.
- Garnish with red rose petal
