The iconic character that Fernando Poe Jr. is best known for is the inspiration for this cocktail. This is not the lambanog you buy in convenience stores, mind you. Barik Moonshine is leveling up the lambanog playing field. The cucumber adds a freshness to the cocktail, while the Frangelico adds a nuttiness, and it ends in smooth, satisfying finish.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Barik Moonshine
- 25 ml lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml apple juice
- 10 ml Frangelico
- 3 cubes cucumber (muddled)
Directions:
- Muddle cucumber in rock glass.
- In a shaker, add Barik, lime juice, honey syrup, apple juice, Frangelico and ice.
- Shake (softly) and strain into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with cucumber strip.
