This sweet, citrusy cocktail draws inspiration from the sci-fi romance flick Saving Sally. The use of childhood candy Skittles adds color, flavor and a touch of whimsy. This tastes like young love.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml lemon and lime Skittles-infused Absolut Citron
- 60 ml soda water
- 60 ml apple juice Infuse
How to make Skittles-infused Absolut Citron:
Infuse 240 ml Absolut Citron vodka with 10 lemon (yellow) and 10 apple (green) Skittles for an hour, or to taste. Taste the mixture every so often until you get the desired flavor.
Glass: Can (use emptied tomato cans or fruit cocktail cans)
Directions:
- In a can, add infused vodka, soda water, apple juice.
- Add ice and stir.
- Garnish with apple wheel.
