This rich, spirit forward cocktail has notes of banana and cinnamon, with a sweet, banana finish (like banana cue).
Ingredients:
- 60 ml rum
- 30 ml lime
- 3 slices banana (Lakatan)
- 10 ml butter
- 2 dashes cinnamon powder
- 10 ml brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Caramelize the bananas with butter and sugar in a small pan.
- Deglaze with 10ml rum, transfer into a shaker, muddle, add all other ingredients and fill with ice.
- Hard shake and double strain into a margarita glass.
- Garnish with a banana slice.
