It’s like a little meal, with your rice (Sake), veggies (greens), protein (egg), and seasoning (Sriracha and sesame seeds).
Ingredients:
- sake
- ponzu or lemon juice
- quail egg
- scallions or leeks
- sesame seed
- caviar (optional)
- Sriracha
Directions:
- Pour 1 inch sake int o sake or shot glass.
- Pour 1/4 inch ponzu or lemon juice.
- Crack quail egg and pour into glass.
- Add some lemon zest and thinly sliced scallions or leeks (or microgreens) and sesame seeds.
- Top with lumpfish caviar (optional).
