28 Hongkong Street Bar Takeover at the Curator

The Singapore cocktail bar 28 Hongkong Street was #1 on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars last year and #14 on the 50 World’s Best Bars list. Syafiq Rahim, one of the six finalists in this year’s Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition, will serve his Bacardi Legacy Avante Cocktail and other fine drinks.
28 Hongkong Street Bar Takeover at Niner Ichi Nana

Syafiq Rahim and Yoma Rivera of 28 Hongkong Street do a guest bar shift at Niner Ichi Nana. We don’t know what they’ll be making aside from Rahim’s Bacardi Legacy Avante Cocktail, but we’re hoping to try 28 Hongkong Street’s new Lion City Sour, a chicken-rice inspired drink with tequila, mezcal, lime, pineapple, ginger, cilantro, basil, chili, and sesame oil.
