Recipe by Hooch bartender Anthony Dave Adonis Banda
This is another great mashup of a childhood treat with an adult drink. It is sweet from candy and Mountain Dew, with some bitterness from the beer, and has a minty finish.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml gin
- 3 pcs snow bear
- 30 ml Mountain Dew
- 30 ml Red Horse beer
- 15 ml calamansi juice
Directions:
- Crush Snow Bear into smaller pieces.
- Insert into bottle of Ginebra Gin Bilog and shake until dissolved.
- Build all ingredients into glass (add the Red Horse beer last)
- Add ice, stir and serve with a straw.
