The name of this drink is fun to say. Like a tongue twister. Try saying it 3 times fast. It smells citrusy, and is tart with a hint of ginger and a tart-spicy-fizzy finish.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Very Old Captain Rum
- 30 ml lime juice
- 30 ml calamansi juice
- 90 ml ginger beer
- tube and crushed ice
- 1 calamansi fruit (garnish)
Directions:
- Pour all (except ginger beer) ingredients in a mason jar.
- Add ice and shake.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Add crushed ice.
