Tiki drinks are usually associated with tropical flavors. Pink Lagoon brings the flavors of the tropics together in a sweet, satisfying drink. The rum blend (in this case, Very Old Captain and Bacardi Superior), adds a complex flavor profile and the addition of the orange and Jerry Thomas bitters gives the cocktail depth.
Ingredients:
- 90 ml rum blend (60 ml Very Old Captain + 30 ml Bacardi Superior)
- 3 bar spoon guava
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml orange juice
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 3 dashes Jerry Thomas bitters
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into tiki glass, top with crushed ice and garnish with guava leaves and orange wheel.
