Ingredients:
- Slice of ripe papaya,
- muddled (approximately 120 ml)
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 60 ml calamansi juice
- 30 ml Chardonnay Sprite (to top)
Directions:
- Muddle papaya in mason jar.
- Add all ingredients except Sprite.
- Add ice and stir.
- Top with Sprite and garnish with papaya slice.
