Aged in the foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, Don Papa Rum lends its trademark honey, candied, vanilla, fruit flavors to this classic sour. It’s balanced, smooth, and silky, like a well-made sour should be.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Don Papa
- 25 ml lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- egg white
Directions:
- Add ingredients in shaker and dry shake.
- Add ice and shake.
- Fine strain into chilled coupette.
