“Christmas is one of the most important seasons for all. It is all about love and to refresh our soul. I made this fruity and refreshing cocktail with Hendrick’s Gin because of its rose and cucumber notes that remind me of love and renewal.” – Cedric
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Hendricks Gin
- 20 ml Aperol
- 3 fruits strawberry
- 2 sprigs basil
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml simple syrup
Glass used: Deer glass or mason jar
Garnish: Cucumber and strawberry
Directions:
- Muddle strawberry and basil in a shaker.
- Add all ingredients.
- Add tube ice.
- Shake.
- Line the deer dome glass with a cucumber slice. Fill with ice.
- Double strain the liquid in the deer dome glass.
- Garnish with strawberry and cucumber slice.
- Close the glass with the deer’s head and serve.
Tasting Notes: Sweet and tart, with a hint of cooling cucumber. A light and refreshing cocktail for afternoon Christmas parties.
