Ingredients:
- 25 ml Chivas Regal 12
- 35 ml Benedictine
- 4 drops The Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters
- 10 ml cinnamon syrup
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 90 ml soy milk
Glass used: Large stemless Martini glass
Garnish: Edible glitter
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with star stencil and edible glitter.
- Offer to Santa.
Tasting notes: Don’t let the eerie look and feel deceive you. This cocktail is Christmassy with cinnamon, vanilla, and honey notes from the Chivas and Benedictine. It’s a milky drink with a mild taste of rice pudding–round and mild to taste. The texture is creamy but very easy to drink. With this offering, Santa will surely heed your call.
