“In the spirit of the season, I hope to win the favor of our Benevolent Festive Overlord, in order to secure great material gains so that I may feel complete. All hail his Benevolent Jollyness!” – Sam

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Chivas Regal 12
  • 35 ml Benedictine
  • 4 drops The Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters
  • 10 ml cinnamon syrup
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 90 ml soy milk

Glass used: Large stemless Martini glass

Garnish: Edible glitter

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into the chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with star stencil and edible glitter.
  5. Offer to Santa.

Tasting notes: Don’t let the eerie look and feel deceive you. This cocktail is Christmassy with cinnamon, vanilla, and honey notes from the Chivas and Benedictine. It’s a milky drink with a mild taste of rice pudding–round and mild to taste. The texture is creamy but very easy to drink. With this offering, Santa will surely heed your call.
