Eggnog Fizz Cocktail Recipe by David Ong

Eggnog and Ramos Gin Fizz classic cocktail recipes inspire this drink.

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Monnet VS Cognac
  • 15 ml Grand Marnier
  • 15 ml Frangelico
  • 22.5 ml lemon
  • 22.5 ml cinnamon syrup
  • 30 ml cream
  • Whole Egg
  • Soda Water

Glass used: Collins glass

Garnish: Grated nutmeg and cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake.
  2. Add ice and hard shake. Strain and dry shake again.
  3. Pour 30 ml of soda water in the Collins glass and pour in the cocktail mix.
  4. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Take it out of the fridge and add tonic water in the center of the drink to make the foam rise.
  6. Garnish with grated nutmeg and cinnamon.

Tasting notes: The drink greets you with a comforting scent of nutmeg and cinnamon. It is sweet and creamy to the taste with a long, sour finish.
