Eggnog and Ramos Gin Fizz classic cocktail recipes inspire this drink.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Monnet VS Cognac
- 15 ml Grand Marnier
- 15 ml Frangelico
- 22.5 ml lemon
- 22.5 ml cinnamon syrup
- 30 ml cream
- Whole Egg
- Soda Water
Glass used: Collins glass
Garnish: Grated nutmeg and cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake.
- Add ice and hard shake. Strain and dry shake again.
- Pour 30 ml of soda water in the Collins glass and pour in the cocktail mix.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Take it out of the fridge and add tonic water in the center of the drink to make the foam rise.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and cinnamon.
Tasting notes: The drink greets you with a comforting scent of nutmeg and cinnamon. It is sweet and creamy to the taste with a long, sour finish.
