The cocktail is inspired by white Christmas with just a drop of cranberry for a red note.
Ingredients:
- .75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery
- .75 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- .5 oz Fidencio Mezcal
- .5 oz Tequila blanco
- .5 oz Eau de Vie Metté – Framboise (Raspberry Brandy)
Glass used: chalice
Garnish: brandied cherry
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir, and strain.
- Garnish with brandied cherry.
Tasting notes: Christmas cocktails need not be on the sweet side. This recipe is one of our favorite mixes this Christmas. It’s spirit forward and smoky, with a mild note of raspberry from the brandy.
