“I want to offer something unique and memorable for Christmas.” – Jay
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Tanqueray gin
- 15 ml lemongrass glitter syrup
- 1 gram citric acid
- 1 barspoon Orgeat syrup
- Tonic water
- Glass: sphere glass
- Garnish: burnt rosemary and coconut pearl sphere
- Ice: tube
Directions:
- Pour gin, syrup, and citric acid in a shaker.
- Add ice. Shake until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a sphere glass. Top with tonic water.
- Use white fondant to attach a rosemary sprig on the lid of the sphere glass.
- Light the rosemary sprig. Close the lid of sphere glass to trap the smoke.
- Serve with a straw.
Tasting notes: This drink has an inviting smoky aroma and fun, surprising flavors: the cool and wintry snow globe presentation contains a refreshingly sour, minty, and fizzy cocktail with summery notes of coconut.
