Tasting Notes:
It’s a Christmas Ramos Fizz! The drink has a piney aroma of rosemary with taste of a spiked lemon and lime sherbet.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Beefeater Gin
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml cream
- 2 dashes of vanilla extract
- Egg white
- Soda water
- Glass: collins glass
- Garnish: rosemary and dried cranberries
- Ice: tube
Directions:
- Chill the glass with ice. Set aside.
- Pour all ingredients in the shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
- Double strain with fine strainer.
- Garnish with rosemary and dried cranberries. Serve.
