Tasting Notes:

It’s a Christmas Ramos Fizz! The drink has a piney aroma of rosemary with taste of a spiked lemon and lime sherbet.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Beefeater Gin
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 20 ml cream
  • 2 dashes of vanilla extract
  • Egg white
  • Soda water

 

  • Glass: collins glass
  • Garnish: rosemary and dried cranberries
  • Ice: tube

Directions:

  1. Chill the glass with ice. Set aside.
  2. Pour all ingredients in the shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  3. Double strain with fine strainer.
  4. Garnish with rosemary and dried cranberries. Serve.
