Sweet and innocent with a surprise, this cocktail is addicting just like a first kiss. With froth on the top lip and popping candy at the bottom, you’ll want to pull the drink through your lips and savor the feeling of your first time kissing someone you fancy. Then lick and smack your lips for little explosions of the popping candy. It’s ‘kilig’ in a glass.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml white rum
- 60 ml four seasons juice
- 10 ml pomegranate syrup
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml lime
- egg white
Directions:
- Pour ingredients into shaker.
- Dry shake.
- Add ice and shake.
- Rim half of lass with popping candy using syrup.
- Double strain into glass.
- Sprinkle popping candy on top.
- Top with three drops of Angostura bitters.
