Guyabano (soursop) is fruit endemic to Southeast Asia and is a great cocktail ingredient if you want to mix things up. Yellow Skies is a tasty cocktail that takes advantage of the unique flavors of guyabano and complements it with orgeat and passionfruit syrup, resulting in a balanced, approachable drink with a tart finish.

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 60 ml guyabano juice
  • 10 ml orgeat
  • 10 ml passionfruit syrup
  • 20 ml lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice, and shake.
  3. Twist lemon to express oil.
  4. Serve in a tulip glass.
