This whisky sour twist is fun to make and more fun to drink! It’s sweet, tart, with the right balance of sour.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
- 30 ml calamansi juice
- 1 dallop Clara Ole Mango Pineapple Jam
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
Directions:
- In a shaker, combine all ingredients, except for bitters, dry shake until jam dissolves and a proper foam forms.
- Add ice and shake again until very cold.
- Double strain in an old-fashioned glass, add 1 large cube ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf, drops of Angostura, and half pinch salt.
