For Halloween, we’ve made this cocktail in honor of something that strikes fear in the hearts of many: Commitment. Yes, scary, right? The heart-struck garnish is definitely a conversation starter. Serve this on your next Halloween party, and it will be a sure hit!
Savory and herbaceous, with a short dry finish, Commitment is tempting and intoxicating. It’s a great pairing with satay or barbecue. This drink is so good; you’d want to put a ring on it!
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Gin 27
- 60 ml Pomegranate juice
- 30 ml cucumber juice
- 10 ml Da Vinci Raspberry Rhapsody syrup
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 5-7 mint leaves
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- Slap seven mint leaves and drop into the shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into glass with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pomegranate fruit and drop in some of the red arils. Serve.
