A new drink called Honey Lemon from Korea has arrived in the Philippines, and it’s about to change everyone’s drinking game.
Honey Lemon is a famous Korean beverage manufactured by Dong-A. With zero caffeine, sugar, and preservatives, it’s both delicious and nutritious.
Honey Lemon is composed of 100% natural honey (extracted from the Chiak Mountain) and lemon juice—two of the best sources of resistance-builders. Won Tak Song, Country Manager of Dong-A Korea, shared that Koreans usually drink this warm during wintertime to prevent them from catching colds.
“In Korea, Honey Lemon is also marketed as a drink for cold, so that has a nutritious value—and we want to bring that value in the Philippines,” he added.
This drink is perfect for Filipinos given their affinity for sweet taste profiles. Not only does it promise to boost the immune system, but it’s a sure thirst quencher. Given the hot climate in the country, Honey Lemon makes for a refreshing, ready-to-drink juice to beat the heat. It also has other health benefits such as body detox, energy boost, and hangover cure.
