Our fiery cocktail mixes sweet, sour and spicy in one sip. Hanami Gin’s floral notes anchor this drink as we add fruity sweetness and spice to it. The kimchi’s sour, spicy, and umami flavors add complexity and intensity to Furiosa, resulting in a cocktail that will keep you coming back for more.
Ingredients: 45 ml Hanami Gin 25 ml Monin Strawberry Purée 7.5 ml Monin Mango Syrup 30 ml lemon juice half a barspoon kimchi powder lemon peel
Glass: Rock Glass
Ice: Cube and crushed ice
Directions: Pour ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into glass with cube ice, top with crushed ice. Express oils from lemon peel. Garnish with kimchi chip.
