Ice: Rose tea ice cubes and blue pea ice cubes
Directions: Pour Empress 1908 Gin in goblet. Add herbal ice cubes, tarragon, and lemon. Top with tonic water. Express oil from grapefruit peel. Put cotton candy on top.
