Talulah is a feast for the senses. Looks cool, smells divine, and tastes great! Your mouth starts to salivate as you smell the smokey pineapple goodness carried by the dry ice. Take a sip, and your tastebuds will open up by the sweet vanilla of Don Papa rum with a touch of spice from pink peppercorns and ginger liqueur.
Ingredients: 45 ml Don Papa Masskara 15 ml pink peppercorn syrup 15 ml lemon juice 10 ml coconut milk 75 ml pineapple juice 15 ml Giffard Ginger Liqueur 15 ml smoked and chargrilled pineapple jam
Ice: Crushed Ice
Glass: Highball and a labeled tin can
Directions:
Pour ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake.
Pour into glass with crushed ice. Sprinkle ground peppercorns.
Garnish with dehydrated grilled pineapple.
Place the glass in a tin can with dry ice. Drop a small amount of pineapple extract and liquid smoke to the dry ice to add aroma.
