The Doña on Vacay evokes the flavors and colors of summer. Audrey Gustilo puts Don Papa on center stage by using both the classic Don Papa 7 Years and Don Papa Masskara. The citrus notes of Don Papa Masskara are brought out with the use of bitters and Aperol and the distinct Don Papa vanilla flavor anchoring it. The Doña on Vacay will make you feel like you’re on a summer holiday.
Ingredients:
30 ml Don Papa 7 Year Old 30 ml Don Papa Masskara 30 ml Del Monte Pineapple Juice 15 ml Aperol 15 ml fresh lime juice 7.5 ml Giffard Passionfruit Syrup 5 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Pour ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and pineapple leaf.
