Taurus, the bull, is said to be the sign that has an eye for beauty. Our cocktail for Taurus is fragrant and fruity and is quite a looker. This subtle cocktail smells like a fruity floral perfume, and tastes sweet and fruity-forward, with the Sloe gin coming through at the end.
Ingredients:
45 ml Sloe Gin 45 ml mango juice 30 ml four seasons juice 15 ml tarragon syrup 15 ml lemon 1 dash Angostura bitters
How to make a tarragon syrup:
In a pan, add half cup sugar and half cup water. Add in 3 stems of tarragon. Let it cool and transfer the syrup in a jar.
Directions:
Pour ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a mango rose and tarragon.
