Geminis, the liveliest of the air signs, represent two different personalities in one and you will never be sure which one you will face. Expressive and quick-witted, time with a Gemini can be unpredictable. We’ve put our twist to a Pickleback shot (typically two shots done in succession: whisky then pickle brine) for the twins of the Zodiac by using pickled mango brine mixed with coconut liqueur as the chaser.
Ingredients: 25 ml pickled mango brine and 5 ml coconut liqueur 30 ml whisky
Directions: Pour mango brine and coconut liqueur in a shaker. Add ice, shake, and strain into a shot glass. Pour whisky into another shot glass. Shoot whisky and follow it up with the brine.
