3) Buffalo Trace Distillery launches in Manila

The world’s most award-winning distillery, Buffalo Trace Distillery (makers of Pappy Van Winkle, Blanton’s Single Barrel, and various award-winning spirits), is finally coming to Manila, and their master blender Drew Mayville will lead a series of masterclasses for the bar industry followed by a bar takeover to launch officially in Manila.
Asia’s Top 50 Best Bars The Curator, Oto, and Proof will be behind the bar at Handlebar Bar and Grill to whip up signature cocktails highlighting Buffalo Trace bourbon whiskey, Benchmark bourbon whiskey, and Sazerac Rye Whiskey.

The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on Fruit Teas series. In this one day seminar, participants will learn how to make fruit teas in different flavors and will also learn the right procedures of preparing fruit tea to meet quality and taste preferences. Other topics include sourcing of materials and marketing strategies.
The activity will provide lunch, snacks, hand-outs, and hands-on materials, and a certificate of training for the seminar.
