The Peninsula Manila beverage manager Rico Deang pits his talents against Chef Chele Gonzales of Gallery by Chele in a two-night experiential dinner series. Anything Chele food and drink collaboration is a must-try!
On the first day, Chef Chele will prepare a multi-course dinner menu inspired by Filipino souring agents paired with complementing drinks by Rico. On August 21st Chef Chele will prepare a menu of five-course and nine-course tasting menus for guests to choose from paired with signature cocktails by Rico.
