Are you feeling down because of the weather? Perk up with Serial Miller, a tart cocktail that will reinvigorate you. Layers of citrus and kiwi bring out the fresh citrus notes of Martin Miller’s Gin, with the faintest glimmer of mint in the finish.
Ingredients 45 ml Martin Miller's Gin 25 ml Monin Kiwi Purée 10 ml calamansi juice 15 ml Lemon juice 6 mint leaves
Directions In a shaker, add all ingredients. Slap mint before dropping in. Fill up with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupette. Finish with a lemon peel. Garnish with a calamansi and lemon peel in a cocktail pick.
